About the Wicoms Team

The Wicoms Executive Team consists of senior industry experts in technology, marketing and network security. This combined experience has resulted in the formation of Wicoms to address the needs and demands of the leisure industry in developing a digital entertainment platform.

The goal of the Wicoms team is to continue to develop and build upon the success of the Wicoms Platform, delivering more and more services for consumers, customers and real-estate owners.

Simon Rendell - Chairman & CEO

Simon has worked within the technology sector for over 17 years, advising on legal strategy for business growth through the exploitation of intellectual property. Simon is recognised in The Chambers Directory and The Legal 500 as one of the UK's leading practitioners of IT & telecommunications law. He is Chairman of the IT Security Committee for the London Chamber of Commerce.

Nigel Grant - Business Development Director & Founder

An entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in the Technology Media and Communications sector. Nigel trained initially as a video engineer with the Ampex Corporation. He subsequently spent 10 years in senior roles with VTR Plc & Tele Cine Plc both video post production houses in Soho, London. Nigel joined the Microsoft Corporation in 1997 as EMEA Regional Sales Director for their professional media division where he was responsible for the delivery of special project services into India, Africa and Middle East. Nigel co-founded Wicoms with Simon Davies.

Simon Davies - Chief Technology Officer & Founder

Simon has spent over 25 years in senior management roles the Media, IT and Communications industries. Simon has broad experience of technology through management roles most recently at AOl as VP of wireless, Avid technology, and Microsoft where he was regional GM for its media business. Earlier in his career Simon worked in TV and film production with Sony Broadcast, and SVC Television.

Steve Hutton - Sales & Marketing Director

Steve has worked in the property industry for over 25 years both on the service delivery side and on the property side. He was founder of a design and construction business that was accredited as one of the fastest growing companies in the UK. More recently he was MD of a property initiative between DTZ and Prudential aimed at providing more focus to the occupiers of commercial and retail properties.
